Sir,
Owing to partial disablement, I am unable to attend the Court at the Town Hall on the 18th June. My wage is £3. 15. 0. per week and board. I have a boy of 13 years and a girl of 17 years, now partially supporting herself. House at 83 Percival Road now let to tenant £1. 1. 6d. per week exclusive of rates. Outstanding debt to Building Society of £82 as result of long illness which am paying off at 19/- per week over period of 2 years. Water rate also outstanding £10. 4. 4. Current rates, repairs and insurances approx. 16/- per week. I trust you will place these facts before the Court when the matter comes on for hearing.
